Highland Acres was founded in 1980 by Ray Rayeski, originally located in Blasdell, NY but has since moved to a larger updated facility at 4931 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg, NY… (right across the street from Lowe’s!) At our new facility we have expanded our services, accommodating for the simplest to most complex requests, from single units to full mouth restorations.

Meet Ray

Ray Rayeski CDT is the embodiment of all that Highland Acres strives to be. Excellence achieved through education, dedication, talent and experience.

Since earning his degree and opening Highland Acres Ray has continued to expand his knowledge and credentials through studies in Implantology Research at the University of Buffalo, and with the Maxillofacial Department at Buffalo, NY’s Roswell Park memorial Hospital as well as National Board Certifications in Ceramics and Partial Dentures.

His passion for self improvement and dedicated professionalism has earned Ray the American Colleges “Who’s Who Award” with further recognition as the Outstanding Graduate in Dental Laboratory Technology, class of 1982. Ray is also served several terms as a board member, past secretary and President of WNY DLANY.

When Ray is not at the lab you’ll find him at Erie Community College in Orchard Park, NY where he’s instructing Dental Laboratory Technology and Ceramic Specialties.

All in all, Ray has the experience, talent, dedication, and in-depth industry knowledge to guarantee the services he represents.

Meet Mike

   Mike Rayeski is the new partner at Highland Acres Dental. His father, Raymond Rayeski CDT, has proudly taken Mike under his wings and has greatly influenced him in the Dental Lab industry over the years. 

Growing up in and around dental labs, Mike has a unique perspective of all that is involved in this profession. Having understudied his father from a young age has allowed him to observe and develop the fine skill sets needed to become a great dental lab technician. His meticulous attention to detail and determination for perfection is evident in all of his work.   

While serving in the Army, Mike developed a strong dedication to the task at hand. He knows the importance of completing a task on schedule, and done correctly. After multiple tours overseas, he understands what it means to be heavily relied on by others, and takes great ownership in that role. 

Mike has since completed his degrees in both Business and General studies as well as a Certificate of Completion in Entrepnuniership from the State University of New York. He looks forward to utilizing what he has learned, and applying it to Highland Acres to achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction.

While specializing in CAD/CAM restorations, his passion for bringing new and innovative technology to Highland Acres exceeds expectations. He is most excited about working with new dentists and being able to build relationships with them as the dental technology evolves.
